Swollen, Painful Cystic Acne
Every man or woman can struggle with acne. However, it can get to the point that you have swollen and painful acne. If so, you may need to find a different route to cure it. When someone is struggling with acne that is sore and swollen it is referred to as cystic acne. Cystic acne is large red pus-filled pimples otherwise known as cysts. The swollen red cysts develop deep into your skin. Although suffering from cystic acne seems just to be on the surface it is a lot deeper than the eye can see.
Sadly, men are more likely to suffer from this specific type of swollen acne.
The reason that men are more prone to getting cystic acne is that of their testosterone spurs growth hormones. If your immune system isn’t up to par, you are not cleaning your face correctly. The bacteria in your pores can cause infections on your skin and even deep in your skin.
